Send your first quote link

With a published product, a quote is just a saved configuration plus a customer and a price. You share it as a link — your customer opens a branded page, sees the 3D configuration and the number, and can respond.

Build a quote

  1. Open the product and click New quote (or configure the public page yourself and choose Save as quote).
  2. Set the options for this customer — dimensions, materials, finishes. The estimate updates live as you change them.
  3. Add the customer’s name and email, plus any notes (lead time, delivery, a discount line). These appear on the quote they see.
  4. Save. Joinwright assigns a quote number you can reference later.

Share a link

Every quote has a share link — a tokenized URL that opens a read-only, branded quote page. Your customer does not need a Joinwright account to view it. You can:

  • Copy the link and paste it into your own email or a text.
  • Send via Joinwright — enter the customer’s email and we deliver a formatted message with the link.

Share links are unguessable and specific to one quote. Revoke or regenerate a link at any time from the quote if you need to cut off access.

Track opens & responses

The quote list shows each quote’s status. When a customer opens their link, the quote is marked viewed so you know it landed. If they submit changes or accept from the quote page, that comes back to you as a response you can act on.

Mark won or lost

When a deal closes — either way — record the outcome. On the quote, choose Mark won or Mark lost (a lost quote lets you note a reason).

This is what powers your pipeline reporting: total pipeline value, win rate, and average quote size all come from won/lost data. The more consistently you close out quotes, the more useful your analytics become.

That’s the full loop: product → quote → link → outcome. From here, dig into the Quotes reference for sending options and pipeline tracking, or explore all features.
